Provide personalized financial advice on protection, savings, and retirement planning. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and excellent service. Meet and exceed sales and performance targets set by the unit. Continuously upgrade knowledge on Manulife products, market trends, and financial planning strategies. Participate in team trainings, meetings, and workshops for professional development. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Preferably with experience in sales, customer service, or marketing . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-driven, confident, and passionate about helping others. Willing to be trained and licensed under Financial Advisor Certification Program . What We Offer High earning potential through commissions (30–40%) and performance bonuses. Monthly income range: ₱20,000 – ₱50,000 or more (performance-based). Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely or on-site.
