The Service Advisor will be directly responsible for the proper satisfaction of customer and vehicle-related problems, and the thorough and accurate performance of designated administrative activities.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedule service appointments by answering incoming service calls
  • Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain information
  • Serve as the liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer
  • Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
  • Provide the client with an accurate estimate of repair or maintenance cost. An explanation of associated cost, detailing problems and pertinent information and secure client authorization of repair or service
  • Can work in a fast-pace environment, are organized and manage time efficiently
  • Documenting work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
  • Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty
  • Attend regular weekly morning meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • must have at least 1 year sales experience - gained from automotive industry is an advantage.
  • computer proficient, strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communications, bargaining and negotiating skills, driving.
  • Experience in auto parts and sales management is a must.
  • willing to be assigned in any branch (Dau, Mabalacat, Friendship, Angeles City and San Fernando Pampanga.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php23, Php28,000.00 per month
