The Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating programs that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development. The role focuses on research-based OD interventions, career development frameworks, performance management systems, and rewards and recognition strategies to support business growth and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Organizational Development Conduct organizational assessments, diagnose gaps, and recommend OD interventions using data-driven analysis. Design and deliver OD initiatives such as competency development, change management, and employee engagement programs. Collaborate with leaders to drive culture-building initiatives and organizational transformation projects. Research and Data Analysis Perform benchmarking, needs assessments, and organizational research to support HR strategies. Analyze OD metrics and evaluate program effectiveness using reports, surveys, and HR analytics. Provide recommendations based on trends and best practices in OD and talent management. Career Management Develop and implement career pathing frameworks and succession planning programs. Design Individual Development Plans (IDPs) in partnership with managers and employees. Support mentorship and coaching programs to foster employee growth and retention. Performance Management Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s performance management system. Facilitate goal setting, performance reviews, calibration sessions, and talent review discussions. Train leaders and employees on performance planning, coaching, and feedback practices. Rewards and Recognition Support the development and enhancement of rewards and recognition programs that reinforce company values and high performance. Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness of recognition strategies. Partner with HR Compensation and Business Leaders to align rewards with employee motivation and performance outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage). 3–5 years of relevant experience in Organizational Development or Talent Management. Experience in performance management, career development, employee engagement, and rewards and recognition programs. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with OD methodologies, HR tools, and change management frameworks. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools; knowledge of survey and analytics tools is an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
