Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organization Effectiveness and Development Trainer located in Quezon City. The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and support employee development. Key tasks include conducting needs assessments, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. This role involves collaboration with various departments to align training programs with business objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training design, facilitation, and delivery
  • Skills in conducting needs assessments and developing training materials
  • Ability to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training programs
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of organizational development concepts and practices
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for training delivery
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus
