What You Will Be Doing: Manage end‑to‑end Accounts Payable processes—from purchase order creation to vendor payment. Support the Head of Finance Operations with cash‑flow monitoring across subsidiaries. Ensure timely, accurate processing of credit‑card and employee expenses. Prepare monthly AP accruals and meet closing deadlines. Maintain accurate accounting records and regulatory compliance. Contribute to improving financial systems and controls. What You’ll Bring: Proven experience in Accounts Payable, ideally supporting UK operations (BPO/SSC experience accepted). Strong knowledge of AP systems and processes. Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Xero or Concur is a plus. Understanding of UK VAT . Exceptional written communication aligned with UK business standards. High accuracy, integrity, and self‑motivation. Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines. Measures of Success Timely and accurate processing of AP transactions.
