Position Summary: Director of HR Enablement plays a dual role in leading the strategic direction of HR technology while serving as a trusted HR partner and leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and project manage the HR technology strategy and automation projects.
  • Serve as a thought leader in digital HR transformation, staying ahead of trends in AI, automation, self-service, and employee experience platforms.
  • Identify opportunities to advance HR capabilities through modern tools and platforms (e.g., AI, process automation, etc).
  • Leadership
  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to business unit leaders.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR business partners and associates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and HR technology roles.
  • Proven success implementing and optimizing enterprise HR systems.
  • Data-savvy with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and people analytics.
