Key Responsibilities People – Internal Staff Draft and post job advertisements; screen applicants and coordinate interviews Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and exiting employees Oversee training plans and monitor new hire integration over the first three months Approve leave requests and manage roster adjustments as required Plan and coordinate shared workload distribution, particularly during periods of staff leave Drive team engagement through internal culture initiatives Coordinate technical support needs and troubleshoot internal tech issues Organise and manage internal gifting initiatives People – Casual Talent Pool Lead engagement and culture activities for casual staff Plan and execute the annual company Christmas party and other events Refresh and maintain job ads to ensure consistency with hiring needs Explore new channels for sourcing talent Support the Recruitment Coordinator in achieving recruitment goals in both quality and quantity Operations & Compliance Conduct quarterly reviews of operational processes and job task documentation Coordinate the collection of various satisfaction surveys (NPS, client feedback, team feedback, recruitment) and work with management to implement feedback Monitor workload capacity via tools like email, Asana, calls, and texts Ensure WHS (Workplace Health & Safety) compliance and keep documentation and processes up to date Balance workloads across the operations team during peak and quiet periods Provide coverage for the Recruitment Coordinator during leave or illness Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in Human Resources and Business Operations Solid understanding of WHS compliance requirements within Australian workplaces Experience working in similar roles within Australian companies Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Self-starter with a proactive and dynamic attitude Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and coordinate without direct reporting lines Passionate about culture and team experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
