Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Business Development Executive (BDE) the farm production performance updates, especially on-going feeding trials, on a weekly basis or as directed by Broiler TL.
  • Perform data monitoring and provide current information on farm parameters, including population and age, live weight (average daily gain, weekly body weights), feed intake (daily, cumulative), mortalities and morbidities (daily, cumulative, medication/intervention), benchmark comparative feed products, and other items as directed by Broiler TL and/or territory BDE.
  • Prepare necessary reports and updates regularly.
  • Coordinate feed and equipment requirements for feeding trials.
  • Perform statistical analysis of experimental data.
  • Write executive reports and prepare presentation materials for concluded grow-out cycle.
  • Confirm product performance and remind clients of recommended product usage.
  • Ensure proper handling, safety, maintenance and optimal inventory levels of research materials, supplies, equipment and facilities under the section’s responsibility.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of areas under responsibility.
  • Preserve flock/herd records and keep them confidential.
  • Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Animal Science or related field; fresh graduates welcome (R&D or trials experience advantageous).
  • Basic to moderate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Research, analyze and develop investment opportunities and potential acquisitions.
  • Assist in strategy implementation and analysis results.
  • Review documents related to projects (financing, joint venture, shareholders, loan agreements, etc.).
