Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential franchisees, suppliers, and partners. Operations oversight: Manage key aspects of store openings, such as project management and lease management. Performance analysis: Assess current partnerships and sales strategies, and revise them as needed to improve performance. Brand consistency: Ensure the brand is consistently represented across all franchise locations. Documentation and compliance: Handle all franchise documentation, agreements, and legal compliance processes. Lead generation: Oversee marketing efforts to generate leads for potential franchisees.
