RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Milkshop
  • Manage a team of dedicated baristas and support staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies
  • Develop and Implement efficient operational procedures
  • Drive sales and meet revenue targets
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment
  • Brainstorm with the higher management for business development and franchising

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Coffee Shop Store Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Milktea processes and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Passion for delivering outstanding experiences

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
