We’re seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help us scale our outreach and lead generation efforts. Role Overview As Sales Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our sales department—ensuring CRM data integrity, automating reporting, and supporting lead generation. You’ll leverage CRM, lead generation and integration tools to streamline processes, set up outbound campaigns, automate workflows and other tasks to fill top-of-funnel. This is a fully remote, internal-facing role with a clear career path into sales or marketing. Key Responsibilities Maintain and update all sales data in CRM, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Automate and generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards using built-in and AI-powered tools. Support sales team with order tracking, documentation, and internal queries. Coordinate with marketing and client success to streamline workflows and ensure timely follow-ups. Lead Generation & Campaign Support Research and identify new lead sources for SMB and franchise markets. Set up, monitor, and optimize cold email campaigns (preferably using Reply.io or similar platforms). Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting for outbound campaigns. Track campaign/channel performance, lead source and KPIs, and suggest improvements based on data. Content Creation & Digital Engagement Create short-form, engaging video content for social media and outbound campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness. Work with the marketing team to align content with overall brand messaging and campaign goals. AI & Automation Leverage AI tools and features to automate routine tasks, enrich customer insights, and accelerate go-to-market and sales efforts. Use AI tools to analyze CRM data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for the sales team. Implement and manage automation and integration tools such as Zapier to streamline workflows and reporting. Other Duties Provide administrative support for sales team working closely with other departments to ensure tight collaboration and effective communication. Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as needed. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a sales admin, sales support, or CRM admin role. Hands-on experience with CRMs, including reporting and workflow / automation features. Experience setting up and managing cold email campaigns (Reply.io experience preferred). Strong research skills for lead sourcing, especially in SMB and franchise markets. Experience using AI tools for sales/marketing automation and insights. Familiarity with automation / integration tools like Zapier. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficient in Google Workspace. Preferred Qualifications Experience in SaaS or technology sales environments. Bi-Lingual (English and Spanish) Proficiency in creating short-form/UGC video content (any tool/platform). Familiarity with sales performance metrics. Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
