Senior Business Development Manager

₱60,000 – ₱70,000 (depending on relevant experience)

Company Overview

We are a dynamic and growing international freight forwarding company based in Angeles City, Pampanga. We're looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client base while managing key business initiatives in the logistics sector.

Job Description

As the Senior Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving strategic sales efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. This role demands a deep understanding of the international freight forwarding industry and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development initiatives in the freight forwarding sector.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities both locally and internationally.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and improve market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Prepare reports and deliver compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of any four-year business course, preferably Marketing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in international freight forwarding , with proven management capacity .
  • Strong market knowledge — customers, competitors, suppliers, and industry trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — both oral and written.
  • Must possess a professional demeanor and a pleasing personality.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Basic Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000 (based on experience)
  • Allowance: 9,000

Work Setup
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8AM – 5PM
  • Location: 16-9 Ural St., Riverside Subdivision, Brgy. Anunas, Angeles City, Pampanga
  • Setup: Combination of onsite and field work

Preferred Industry Background

Applicants with a background in international freight forwarding are preferred. Candidates from related industries (e.g., Insurance, FMCG, Logistics) may also be considered.
