The DCX Client Services - Home-Based E-Commerce Product Specialist will be the tactical expert who supports the day-to-day operations of the client's online business while also having hands-on expertise with e-commerce and marketing automation platforms. You will manage and monitor the brands on the e-commerce platform and collaborate with external partners.

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail

• A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Superior project follow-through ensuring timely completion

• Familiarity with web-based applications

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage the overall digital inventory on our Shopify site, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

• Oversee all product listings, including adding new products and updating existing ones.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure new products are added to the website efficiently and on schedule.

• Create and manage engaging landing pages for product collections.

• Update homepage elements and slider content to align with new product offerings and marketing campaigns.

• Manage and update event listings on the website.

• Coordinate and manage product photography and compelling product descriptions, ensuring they meet brand standards.

• Maintain and uphold brand standards across all digital product presentations.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• Proven experience with Shopify for product and inventory management.

• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.

• A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

• Understanding of brand standards and how to apply them consistently in a digital environment.

• Ability to work proactively, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines

• Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Lightspeed, and some experience or ability in front-end web development.

• Salary Range: Php 46,000
