Job Description Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including custom apps, workflows, and automation using Flow Designer. Implement and manage core platform components such as Glide scripting, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, ACLs, client scripts, and data imports. Design and build integrations using REST and SOAP APIs to enable seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and team members. Ensure solutions align with ITIL methodologies and ITSM best practices. Maintain a general understanding of enterprise IT architecture and relational databases to support platform development and integration. The Successful Applicant A successful ServiceNow Developer should have: Minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow core tables, scripting, and platform configuration. Proven experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP). Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM concepts. Familiarity with enterprise IT environments and relational database structures. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
