We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including customization, workflow automation, and integrations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and user-friendly ServiceNow applications that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and server scripts.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
  • Implement and manage Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configuration and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical recommendations and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.
  • Stay up to date with new features and enhancements in the ServiceNow platform and proactively recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, or CSM (depending on organizational use).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Glide API, and ServiceNow's proprietary scripting.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal development.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling within ServiceNow.
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and Agile development methodologies.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications like CIS (ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM) are a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and migration processes.
  • Exposure to Performance Analytics and Reporting modules.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
