Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality software products based on requirements. Ensure all programs are fully tested and documented as per company guidelines. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions. Participate in cross‑functional Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver quality releases. Develop and implement within ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains. Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor. Build and maintain REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs. Configure Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) modules including channels, queues, assignment rules, and troubleshooting workspace or chat issues. Design and enhance Service Portals including pages, widgets, and custom logic. Focus Skills 8+ years of total IT experience. 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience. Expertise in CSM module, Portal customization, and Advanced scripting. Proficient with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow API architecture. Experience in Advanced Work Assignment and Service Portal Architecture. Certifications preferred: CAD or CSA. Nice to Have Leadership and mentoring skills. Ability to work independently and multitask effectively. Strong collaboration and debugging skills. Process improvement mindset and attention to detail.
