We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer with deep hands-on experience in CSM, ITSM, Portal Customization, and Advanced Scripting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid setup and play a key role in developing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions within an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality software products based on requirements.
  • Ensure all programs are fully tested and documented as per company guidelines.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and develop solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional Agile/SCRUM teams to deliver quality releases.
  • Develop and implement within ServiceNow CSM and ITSM domains.
  • Customize ServiceNow using client/server-side JavaScript, AngularJS, UI Pages, UI Macros, CSS, and HTML.
  • Create and manage workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
  • Build and maintain REST integrations and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Configure Advanced Work Assignment (AWA) modules including channels, queues, assignment rules, and troubleshooting workspace or chat issues.

Design and enhance Service Portals including pages, widgets, and custom logic.

Focus Skills

  • 8+ years of total IT experience.
  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Expertise in CSM module, Portal customization, and Advanced scripting.
  • Strong in JavaScript (client/server) and AngularJS.
  • Proficient with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and ServiceNow API architecture.
  • Experience in Advanced Work Assignment and Service Portal Architecture.

Certifications preferred: CAD or CSA.
