Position Regional Sales Manager (Endoscope) – Philippines Company Overview We are a rapidly growing medical device company dedicated to providing advanced healthcare solutions and innovative technologies to hospitals and medical professionals. Our product portfolio includes endoscopy systems and other high‑quality medical equipment widely used in clinical diagnosis and surgical applications. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑depth market and competitor analysis, monitor local healthcare trends, and develop effective channel and promotion strategies tailored to the Philippine medical market. Identify, recruit, and manage local distributors and partners; establish strong and sustainable business relationships with key channel stakeholders to ensure smooth product promotion and market coverage. Plan and organize regional academic conferences, workshops, and product demonstrations; collaborate closely with hospitals, departments, and medical associations to enhance brand visibility and clinical adoption. Conduct regular visits to hospitals, medical departments, and key opinion leaders (KOLs); support distributors in bidding projects and tender management; manage relationships with hospital procurement teams and government institutions to ensure business continuity. Execute annual sales plans, monitor performance indicators, and achieve assigned revenue and market share objectives within the Philippines region. Qualifications & Requirements At least 3–5 years of sales or business development experience in the medical device industry, preferably with endoscopy or surgical equipment. Experience working for a medical device manufacturer (principal) or authorized distributor is highly preferred. Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare system, public and private hospital procurement processes, and tender management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluent in English and Tagalog; proficiency in other regional languages is an advantage. Willingness to travel across the Philippines for business meetings, hospital visits, and partner support.
