Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Ultrasound) Location: Philippines Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute channel management strategies to strengthen regional coverage. Identify, recruit, and manage distributors, ensuring effective cooperation and sustainable business growth. Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze competitive trends to refine sales strategies and performance targets. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, partners, and key decision-makers. Support distributors in bidding, tendering, and sales execution to meet assigned targets. Brand Promotion & Training: Coordinate marketing and academic activities to enhance product visibility and customer engagement. Performance Monitoring: Track sales indicators, analyze results, and ensure achievement of revenue and market share objectives. Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the ultrasound or medical imaging device industry, preferably with international brands (e.g., GE, Philips, Siemens, Canon, Mindray, etc.). Proven ability in channel development and distributor management. Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare market and hospital procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Tagalog; willing to travel for business visits and partner support.
