About the role As the Regional Sales Manager for Mindanao, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation and Multiplast Corporation's range of innovative packaging solutions across the Mindanao region. This full-time, on-site role will be based in Davao and will play a crucial part in the company's ambitious growth plans. This role requires moderate travel within Mindanao (30-50% of time) to support regional sales activities and client engagement. What you\'ll be doing Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for assigned territories in Mindanao Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors to drive sales Identify new business opportunities and lead the sales process from prospecting to close Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities Mentor and coach the sales team to improve performance Attend and represent the company at industry events and trade shows What we\'re looking for Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with any CRM system is required to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the packaging industry Packaging industry experience is preferred but not required for this position What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment Access to the latest industry technology and resources About us Q.C.
