Oversee the network integrity and connectivity of all 48 stores nationwide. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve LAN/WAN, WiFi, and VPN issues . Work with ISPs and vendors to ensure stable and high-performance connections . Implement network improvements, redundancy, and security measures . Document network layouts, configurations, and incident logs. Support internal IT projects and assist with server, firewall, and router configurations . Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in network administration. Strong knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies . Experience managing multi‑branch network setups (MikroTik, Cisco, or Ubiquiti experience preferred). Analytical, proactive, and capable of working independently. Willing to visit branches when needed for network troubleshooting and optimization.
