The IT Network & Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance, and optimization of Company's IT network and infrastructure. This includes a strong focus on SD-WAN, LAN, Microsoft Azure, Intune, and security compliance. The role ensures the reliability, performance, and scalability of systems that underpin core business operations, while supporting strategic IT initiatives and delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities

• Azure Administration
• Manage, monitor, and optimize Azure resources and services.
• Design and implement scalable Azure-based solutions aligned with business needs.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across the Azure environment.
• Respond to user queries in accordance with defined SLAs.
• Analyze and optimize Azure cost structures and performance metrics.

Network & Infrastructure Management

• Administer and maintain Azure, VPN, SD-WAN and LAN environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Monitor network traffic, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve connectivity issues.
• Support VPN, firewall, and routing configurations as needed.

General IT Administration

• Manage IT service tickets and provide timely resolution.
• Maintain hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud) including servers, storage, and endpoints.
• Perform routine system updates, patching, backups, and disaster recovery testing.
• Monitor system health and proactively address performance issues.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to end-users and escalate as necessary.

Security and Compliance

• Implement and manage cybersecurity controls including endpoint protection, identity management, and threat detection.
• Conduct regular audits, vulnerability assessments, and remediation activities.
• Ensure alignment with ISO standards, data protection laws, and internal security policies.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture, configurations, and procedures.
• Generate reports on system performance, incidents, and compliance status.
• Provide insights and recommendations for infrastructure improvements and upgrades.

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT systems administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience managing SD-WAN and LAN infrastructure in a multi-site enterprise.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Azure services, architecture, and cost management.
• Solid understanding of SD-WAN, LAN, VPN, and firewall technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong grasp of IT security principles and compliance frameworks.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm Manila Time
Must be comfortable working Homebased
