Job Description The Program Sales Officer I executes various strategies to meet assigned sales targets for the Public Offering courses of the GSB CCE through effective lead generation, client management, and program management support. Main Duties and Responsibilities I. Sales and Lead Generation Ensures the achievement of assigned sales targets through sales and marketing strategies, lead generation, and client management. Recommends and implements sales and marketing strategies to generate new accounts/clients and promote courses and programs. Sources potential clients through research, networking, social media, and other channels. Follows through with clients for updates or inquiries about programs and courses. Monitors and evaluates the demand level of training and developmental needs of clients. Keeps abreast of changing market conditions and trends. Represents GSB CCE in meetings with learning partners and trade shows. II. Client Management and Program Management Support Develops and maintains client relationships through effective representation and partnership. Proactively reaches out to new and existing clients to promote programs and courses. Conducts pulse checks with clients regarding their feedback on programs and courses. Collaborates with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and address issues. Coordinates with the Program Development Group to relay client information and training needs. Monitors and ensures programs and courses are implemented according to schedule. Provides relevant information to the Training Services Group for program implementation. Assists the Program Development Group in determining program viability. Maintains and populates the client database. Responds to inquiries through various channels. III. Administrative Support Prepares promotional letters and proposals for clients. Prepares weekly sales and productivity reports. Processes sales invoices and statement of accounts. Monitors client payments and prepares payment summary reports. Minimum Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Sales and Marketing: Ability to market programs and courses to target market and clients. Service Orientation: Ability to relate with customers and provide quality service. Technological Savvy: Ability to utilize information technology and computer systems. Negotiation Skills: Ability to handle concerns and negotiate with clients. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate tactfully and sensitively with clients. Organization and Prioritization of Work: Ability to plan and coordinate work effectively. Problem Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions. People Skills: Ability to interact with people with empathy and professionalism. Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s Degree graduate. At least one year of working experience in sales and marketing, or a related field.
