Responsibilities- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes.
- Conduct payroll processing and administers employee benefits.
- Maintain employee records complying with legal requirements.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
- Collaborate with different departments for smooth financial operations.
- Handle all employee related issues and concerns
- Execute various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Manage payroll and invoicing, ensuring accuracy in accounts.
- Provide support in performance management processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Office setting with standard work hours, but may require occasional overtime during busy periods.
Qualifications- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
- Experience Level: 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; Proficiency in computer literacy, including MS Office and HRMS software; Knowledge of HR consulting principles; Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative work style.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Ethical judgment and strong decision-making skills.
- Adaptable to change and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
