Responsibilities

  • Assist with performance management processes and benefits administration;
  • Other relevant tasks that may be assigned;
  • Maintains human resources records by maintaining applications, résumés, and applicant logs;
  • Provide support and act as contact to any internal and external HR-related inquiries;
  • Verifies candidates’ backgrounds by contacting references;
  • Facilitate and help in coordination of company events;
  • Provides information by answering communications; referring special communications to appropriate people;
  • Assisting in the Orientation and Familiarization of the new employees;
  • Reporting any Employee Incident; Responsible in reporting leave forms and other inquiries;
  • Double checking and doing the summary of DTRs on time
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, online collaboration tools.
  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications like SHRM-CP are a plus.
  • Experience Level: 1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in recruitment, employee relations, or HR generalist positions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution abilities, empathy, attention to detail, and adaptability.
