The new world is ours to discover together. Responsibilities Handle incoming leads from the website, conduct initial outreach, and schedule meetings with potential deposit clients. Meet with high-net-worth individuals, build relationships, and guide them through the deposit process. Address client concerns, provide detailed information about the bank, and ensure they feel confident in their decision. Drive deposit growth by proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients. Develop and maintain a personal client portfolio, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams (compliance, legal, operations) to facilitate a seamless onboarding and deposit process. Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and financial products to provide the best advice to clients. Achieve and exceed deposit targets by utilizing strong sales and negotiation skills. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Qualifications Background in client-facing roles involving high-net-worth customers. Proven experience in sales, relationship management, or wealth management, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients. Ability to handle objections and effectively address client concerns with confidence and professionalism. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with a high level of persistence. Experience in working with time deposits, investment products, or financial services is a plus. Existing client network in the high-net-worth segment is an advantage.
