As a Relationship Manager, you will build and nurture strong relationships with our clients, understand their financial needs, and provide them with tailored financing solutions. We are a trusted partner of the Philippine government and the official Finance Partner of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). With a management team comprised of ex‑Morgan Stanley and ex‑Bridgewater Associates executives, First Circle is focused on revolutionizing financial services in the region. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with SME owners and key people, acting as their main point of contact. Understand the financial needs and goals of clients, and recommend appropriate financing solutions. Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell additional products and services. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services to clients. Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential growth opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients while using our products. Requirements Useful: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Essential: Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Self‑motivated and able to work independently. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferably with existing network and connections within the business community. Benefits Salary dependent on experience level, plus bonus incentives for strong performance.
