MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Supervises the day-to-day activities of the section/team. Supports the Community Partnership (CP) Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising corporate social responsibility programs that help in nation-building and community relations, particularly with Local Government Units. Supports the CP Manager in collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders with regards to the development of social enterprise programs. Develops communication materials for corporate social responsibility programs. Handles relief distribution activities to communities, either directly or through partner agencies. Handles requirements (e.g. logistics; budget/financial requirements, coordination with internal and external contact persons) related to the conduct of CSR activities sponsored by the department. Handles Corporate and Christmas give-away ordering and distribution. Takes charge of informing the department of VIP stakeholder birthday celebrants. Represents the department in Integrated Management System / Quality Management Systems meetings. Handles customer satisfaction survey (CSAT). Prepares requests for processing of reimbursements, liquidations and similar transactions, and transmits Request For Payments, Reimbursement, Cash Advance, Liquidation to the Finance shared folder. Handles office supplies and equipment, and monitors other resource requirements of the department. Updates the data base on CSR activities, bottled water, CSAT, photo files, birthday and gift list, etc. Updates and monitors the department’s budget database. Performs other duties as may be assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSES Graduate of four (4) year course WORK EXPERIENCE With at least three (3) years of relevant work experience. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES Computer skills (MS Office); Good presentation skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Good in oral and written communication. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES/ATTITUDES Willing to work additional hours to meet targets and tight deadlines Customer service oriented Able to maintain confidential information Is able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously Has strong initiative and sound and independent judgment WORKPLACE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE USED Will frequently use Microsoft programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. WORKING CONDITIONS and OCCUPATIONAL HAZARDS Is based in the head office but will frequently travel by land within the concession area and seldomly outside Metro Manila. #J-18808-Ljbffr
