RemoteVA is looking for a Zoho Expert with experience in the commercial real estate or lending industry to help us clean up, streamline, and enhance our Zoho One ecosystem. You’ll play a key role in automating workflows, building insightful dashboards, and creating customer-facing portals—all powered by Zoho and AI. What You’ll Do CRM Cleanup & Data Management: Audit and refine existing Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM, deduplicate and standardize records across modules for accuracy and consistency, and deploy AI-powered solutions for ongoing data hygiene and enrichment. Workflow Automation: Design and implement advanced workflows in the Deals module, streamline lead-to-deal conversion processes, and automate routine tasks to reduce manual work and boost team productivity. Reporting & Dashboards: Develop custom dashboards to display KPIs in real time, deliver insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and client activity, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress against goals. Customer Portals & Engagement: Build branded customer portals for borrowers and clients, centralize documentation, communication, and deal progress tracking, and integrate AI tools for smarter, more efficient client support. AI & Integration: Leverage Zoho AI features (Zia, chatbots, predictive workflows, etc.), integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Analytics, Books, Campaigns, Flow, Cliq, etc.) into a seamless platform, and ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. What We’re Looking For Proven experience with Zoho One applications, particularly CRM, Creator, Analytics, and Flow. Prior project experience within the commercial real estate or lending industry using Zoho solutions. Strong expertise in building automations, dashboards, and client portals. Familiarity with Zoho AI tools and their applications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into effective, scalable Zoho solutions.
