But this is not just a role for someone who knows HubSpot. It’s for someone who loves the platform. You’ll work inside client HubSpot accounts in a non–client-facing capacity, serving as the execution backbone and technical brain of our delivery team. You'll take strategic recommendations from consultants and program managers, and turn them into precise, bulletproof builds inside HubSpot. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of implementation tasks from the simplest asset to the most complex out-of-the-box solution. You’re the one who can make magic happen, constantly pushing the limits of the platform. You’re also a strategic resource who can jump in with innovative, actionable ideas when the strategist hits a wall. This is a highly detail-oriented role where precision, organization, and consistency are non-negotiable. You'll work closely with Program Managers and Strategists to ensure tasks are prioritized correctly and completed on time, always maintaining the highest level of quality. Responsibilities HubSpot Implementation & Configuration Conduct HubSpot account audits for new clients and document findings. Own end-to-end execution of implementation tasks, including: Workflow automation Custom object configuration Advanced reporting Sales and Service pipeline architecture Build and manage: general account settings, user permissions, property groups, and custom properties Email templates, forms, landing pages, chatflows (no custom coding, but strong technical understanding required) Set up and optimize HubSpot tools across all hubs - Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations - in a scalable, clean account structure Lead and execute data migrations including CRM mapping, field alignment, import/export, and validation Translate high-level business goals into practical HubSpot solutions; bring fresh technical ideas to the table when strategy needs support Proactively adopt and apply new HubSpot features, including AI capabilities, to elevate delivery and impact Quality Assurance & Support Conduct rigorous QA checks on all builds, integrations, and migrations to ensure flawless execution and data integrity Troubleshoot platform issues and act as the final technical escalation point for internal teams Own your builds from start to finish, no task is complete without self-auditing Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing Stay ahead of HubSpot updates, beta features, and best practices Share relevant platform insights with the team Contribute to the evolution of internal playbooks, templates, and processes to raise the bar across the team Required Skills & Qualifications HubSpot Passion (Non-Negotiable) : You love the platform and are deeply invested in learning it inside-out Technical Mastery : 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing across HubSpot’s core Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops) Data Migration Expert : You’ve led CRM transitions from Salesforce, Zoho, Zendesk, Netsuite, etc., and know how to avoid the common pitfalls Detail Obsessed : You notice what others miss - every misalignment, every extra space, every logic break Problem Solver : You approach challenges with clear logic, independence, and resourcefulness Certifications : Active HubSpot certifications (or the ability to complete within the first 60 days) Strong Organization & Prioritization : You can juggle multiple tasks with clarity and focus, even in fast-paced environments Nice-to-Haves Experience with HubSpot integrations (Zapier, Aircall, PandaDoc, etc.) Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.) Agency or client service background Light technical SEO knowledge (e.g., for landing pages or CMS support) Company Overview Vision Statement Origin 63 is a conductor for meaningful transformation in the lives of our clients, employees, and the community at large.
