We are looking for a Patient Concierge Administrator to be the central nervous system of our patient funnel. Summary of Role
As the Patient Concierge Administrator, you are the operational heart of our patient experience team. You will be responsible for a unique blend of rapid lead response, strategic data analysis, and white-glove logistical support. Your mission is to ensure every patient feels supported and valued at every step. By managing our CRM, tracking key performance metrics, and coordinating all aspects of their care journey, you will directly contribute to our growth and our reputation for exceptional patient care.
Your Impact & What You'll Do
- Drive Patient Engagement: You will be the first point of contact for potential patients, using a combination of timely SMS/email outreach and AI-powered insights to provide instant, helpful follow-up and guide them to the next step.
- Champion a Data-Driven Approach: You will own our performance metrics, creating and managing dashboards in our CRM (Zoho) to track conversion rates, CAC, and ROI. Your analysis will provide critical insights for our leadership and shape our strategy.
- Orchestrate a Seamless Concierge Experience: You will be the master of logistics, flawlessly coordinating all travel, accommodation, and recovery planning for our patients to ensure a stress-free and comfortable experience.
- Deliver a VIP Experience: You will be the key to closing high-value cases by providing an unparalleled, white-glove service that makes every patient feel like a VIP.
