This role requires a strategic and technical leader who can serve as both a project manager and subject matter expert (SME). The Change Manager will own the end-to-end implementation, ensuring seamless data migration, functional workflows, and sustainable adoption across all teams including MARKETING - SALES – IT/ADMIN - COMPLETIONS. This role will also work in close partnership with a dedicated GHL Consultant, combining expertise to drive successful change and ensure the system is fully optimized for business needs. Key Responsibilities Own and direct the complete migration from Zoho to GHL, acting as the primary SME and point of authority on best practices. Apply functional and technical knowledge of both Zoho (front/back-end) and GHL (front/back-end). Translate Zoho fields to GHL fields, integrate all current data, organization content, and client information into GHL with zero data loss. Design and implement functional workflows across Marketing, Sales, and Completions that optimize efficiency, collaboration, and reporting. Develop and document the end-to-end workflow maps ensuring system scalability and sustainability. Implement workflows aligned with the full sales funnel (lead gen, nurturing, conversion, closing, fulfillment/completions).Create a transition roadmap outlining priorities, milestones, and deliverables to guide the organization through the migration. Partner with the assigned GHL Consultant to configure, customize, and optimize GHL workflows, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with business goals. Engage department heads and end-users to understand business requirements and ensure smooth adoption. Develop training sessions, user guides, and resources to build organizational confidence in GHL, with utmost consideration on SLA for data fidelity and training. Drive the full implementation plan, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Identify risks, challenges, and roadblocks; develop mitigation strategies. Establish KPIs and reporting systems to measure adoption, workflow efficiency, and ROI post-migration. Non-Negotiable Job Requirements Proven experience as a Change Manager or Project Manager leading CRM/Platform migration projects (preferably Zoho to GHL or equivalent systems). In-depth knowledge of both Zoho and GHL (marketing, sales, reporting, backend configuration, API integrations). Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate business needs into system workflows. Strong understanding of end-to-end sales funnel processes and CRM-enabled sales enablement strategies. Demonstrated expertise in data mapping, system integrations, and workflow automation. Ability to set priorities and lead direction across executive and operational teams. Excellent documentation skills (SOPs, workflow diagrams, training materials). Exceptional communication skills—able to translate technical details into clear direction for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Track record of change leadership: driving adoption, minimizing resistance, and ensuring user buy-in. Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a GHL consultant, delivering tight deadlines as scheduled. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PROSCI, or similar Project/Change Management certification. Experience in SaaS, B2B or B2C sales organizations, or high-growth startups. Familiarity with automation tools, API integrations (and white-label SaaS workflows). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize processes for scale and efficiency.
