- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or cold storage, preferably within the Philippines or ASEAN region.
- Proven track record in P&L management, operational leadership, and organizational growth.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine permits, licensing, LGU policies, and compliance regulations.
- Expertise in HACCP, cold chain protocols, and food safety compliance.
