About the role
As the People Operations Specialist at LIFEBANK-A RURAL BANK, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day human resources operations and supporting the overall people strategy of the organisation. This full-time position is based in Santa Barbara Iloilo and will require you to collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the smooth running of the company's HR functions and preferably a licensed psychometrician.

What you'll be doing

  1. Administering and maintaining employee records, including updating personnel files and processing changes in employee information

  2. Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including coordinating interviews, verifying references and qualifications, and ensuring a positive onboarding experience

  3. Providing support for the company's performance management process, including helping to facilitate reviews, goal setting, and feedback sessions

  4. Coordinating and communicating the company's benefits and compensation programs, ensuring employees understand their entitlements

  5. Addressing employee inquiries and concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate parties as needed

  6. Maintaining and updating HR policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

  7. Assisting with the planning and execution of HR-related events and initiatives, such as team-building activities and employee recognition programs

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or operations role, preferably within the consulting or HR consulting industry

  2. Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organisation

  4. A good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

  5. Proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  6. A collaborative and customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing exceptional service
