People Data Operations Support Specialist

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Process routine HR data transactions within the HCM system as it relates to the employee life cycle while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data in support of US payroll, which includes multiple states, pay frequencies, and legal entities.
• Monitor and support distribution of requests in the People Services and Digital HCM case management system, ensuring that service requests are accurately assigned appropriately and relevant information are communicated promptly.
• Interact with HR contacts in the businesses to assist with their system questions and processing needs.
• Provide support to users and resolve questions about Core HR system, including employee self-service.
• Respond timely and accurately to questions that arrive through services box, email, and phone.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely responses, accurate information, and proactive assistance.
• Support internal communication by maintaining HR system user community lists and distributing key messages related to system and process updates.
• Identify and report issues and system errors that impact productivity and/or employee experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Payroll, Business, or related fields.
• Knowledgeable Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Experience with Oracle applications is a plus.
