Job Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Monee's credit business.

Responsibilities
  • End to end development of Offline Credit Initiatives
  • Manage cellphone POS outlets, maintain good relationships with dealers, and solve their inquiries
  • Manage/train merchant front liners/brand promoters
  • Push for sales/initiate promotion campaigns
  • Pitching to prospective Brand Partners and Negotiation of Commercial Terms
  • Analyzes Data and proposes business development strategies
  • Handles accreditation and documentation of Partner Brands
  • Conducts Market Research to Identify New growth opportunities
  • Liaise with Internal Partners to Implement Marketing Strategies
  • Collaborates with Product Team to conceptualize features and improve product offerings
  • Training and Onboarding of Front-Line personnel
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial services or credit industry
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
  • Highly Analytical and able to take on Data-Driven approaches to decision making
  • Having In-depth knowledge of Digital and SME Lending is a plus
  • Able to take ownership of multiple Projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in both oral and written Chinese would be an advantage
  • Flexible and willing to work in a "Start-up" setting
  • Must be willing to travel on a daily basis
