Business Development Manager - SeaMoney Credit

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of Monee's credit business.
Responsibilities- End to end development of Offline Credit Initiatives
- Manage cellphone POS outlets, maintain good relationships with dealers, and solve their inquiries
- Manage/train merchant front liners/brand promoters
- Push for sales/initiate promotion campaigns
- Pitching to prospective Brand Partners and Negotiation of Commercial Terms
- Analyzes Data and proposes business development strategies
- Handles accreditation and documentation of Partner Brands
- Conducts Market Research to Identify New growth opportunities
- Liaise with Internal Partners to Implement Marketing Strategies
- Collaborates with Product Team to conceptualize features and improve product offerings
- Training and Onboarding of Front-Line personnel
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial services or credit industry
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any related course
- Highly Analytical and able to take on Data-Driven approaches to decision making
- Having In-depth knowledge of Digital and SME Lending is a plus
- Able to take ownership of multiple Projects and lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in both oral and written Chinese would be an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work in a "Start-up" setting
- Must be willing to travel on a daily basis
