We are looking for a Front Office Supervisor to lead our dynamic front desk team and deliver an exceptional guest experience at Prince Plaza II Makati. Key Functions: Supervise daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Provide training, guidance, and support to front desk staff. Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, and special requests. Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly with professionalism. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and reports related to front office activities. Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with hotel management software Flexible with schedules, including weekends and holidays. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
