Support daily monitoring of online communities (DMs, comments, TikTok/Facebook interactions) and escalating issues when needed. Help with campaign execution by handling sourcing lists, outreach drafts, and shipment preparation. Organize seeding shipment lists and coordinate with logistics. Maintain internal trackers (campaigns, promotions calendar, asset library). Create and update product listings (description templates, images, tags, collections). Provide support for paid advertising by formatting creatives and coordinating with the marketing team. Assist with Shopify order management and basic customer service inquiries. Handle administrative tasks such as updating trackers, preparing reports, and helping with presentations or decks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience). 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles. Strong skills in content editing (photo/video) and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Basic understanding of paid social media advertising. Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Proficiency in Canva, Asana, and other editing platforms; Adobe Suite is a plus. Shopify experience is mandatory, including familiarity with app integrations.
