OJT for Marketing Intern

Job summary:

Intern will assist in the Marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, conducting research, and supporting daily operations. This internship provides practical exposure to various areas of marketing, brand management, and digital communications.

Key responsibilities:

· Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline).

· Support the development of marketing collaterals such as presentations, posters, POPs and digital content.

· Help manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking

· Assist in organizing events, promotions, and activations.

· Maintain and update databases, contact lists, and internal marketing files.

· Provide general administrative and clerical support to the marketing team.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Multimedia Arts, IT or any related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn).

· Familiarity with design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

· Creative, resourceful and willing to learn.

· With strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Team player with a positive attitude

· Able to multitask and manage time effectively.

· Open to feedback and eager to gain hands-on experience.

· Work set-up: ON site

· Willing to work in Sauyo, Novaliches Quezon City (near Mindanao Ave.)
