Onboarding, Records, Labor Relations and Clearance Management Monitoring of completion of all JO attachments Pre-employment requirement discussion Collection and monitoring of 201 requirements Scheduling of pre-employment medical examination Endorsement for processing of background check of new hires Monitors result and provide updates with stakeholders and Hiring Managers on the results of the pre-employment medical exam and background check Analysis of reports from Vendors Monitors completion of 201 requirements Handling of New Hire Orientation and other related trainings prior to on boarding Generate, update and report the department's dashboards Updates employment information of new hires and active personnel Notarization and tracking of employment contracts Preparation of reports for payroll and government contributions, among others Handle offboarding documentation, preparation of Clearance, exit interview forms, release of final pay Handle employee issues such as disciplinary actions, issuance of Notice to Explain, among others Other tasks Perform other related duties that may be assigned as needed Other Qualifications Education: Business Management/Admin, Human Resources or Legal Management graduates Minimum of 3yrs experience in an HR Generalist role or HRBP role.
