Senior Process Excellence Manager Metrobank Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines Job Summary: Responsible for the consistency of the Bank’s processes and due diligence standards in driving continuous improvement to foster a culture of productivity and innovation for optimal organizational performance. Responsibilities Conduct a thorough assessment of key business processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities. Streamline workflows to improve operational effectiveness that results in customer satisfaction and/or cost efficiency. Ensure consistency, error reduction and service delivery enhancement by creating and maintaining standardized processes across departments. Work with groups to identify and pursue opportunities for enhancing productivity and performance, with an emphasis on incremental and sustainable charges. Promote an environment where everyone is encouraged to engage in ideation and process optimization efforts. Leverage diverse insights, experience and expertise within the organization through fostering cross‑functional teams and collaboration. Work closely with the Human Resources Management Group to develop clear job objectives linked to process efficiency and cost effectiveness, enabling teams to better understand their roles in driving process improvement and ensuring adherence to standards. Ensure that automation efforts are aligned with business goals and process improvements. Focus on eliminating redundancy, enhancing accuracy, and improving efficiency across automated systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Solid background in Business and Operational Excellence (at least 10 years and above).
