Job Summary The Operations Excellence Manager for Finance Process Improvement is responsible for leading initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across all finance-related processes. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement, implementing automation, optimizing workflows, and ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance standards. Duties and Responsibilities Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across core finance functions (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, FP&A, etc.). Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and risks through process mapping, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Design and implement process optimization strategies to improve accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives in collaboration with IT and Finance Systems teams. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, accuracy, and service delivery performance. Standardize finance processes across business units and geographies while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Prepare executive reports and business cases highlighting improvement opportunities, benefits, and ROI. Partner with senior leadership to align finance process improvement initiatives with corporate strategic goals. Key Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or professional certification preferred). Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience, including process improvement or operations excellence roles within Finance. Skills Strong knowledge of financial processes and controls (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A). Proven experience in Lean Six Sigma , process re-engineering , or finance transformation . Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Automate, UiPath) preferred. Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Change management and leadership capabilities with a track record of influencing teams and driving adoption of best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
