Isn’t that beautiful? #LI-RD1 Position Purpose The Inventory Assistant executes scheduled stock audits in the warehouse, boutique and counters and scheduled asset count in the LUXASIA office premises. Principal Accountabilities Handles the execution of scheduled inventory audits in the warehouse, boutique and counters which includes but is not limited to securing permits and coordination with 3rd party agencies for manpower availability Ensures timely reporting the results of the stock audit based on or before the agreed timeline. Prepares monthly consolidated stock audit report for all stores and monitors status of the confirmed and valid variances Coordinates with Accounting Operations Manager and AR Team on the preparation of the monthly Sales Reconciliation report Prepare monthly inventory report Coordinates with the manpower agency, Beauty Consultants/Fragrance Advisors in the preparation and submission of their incident reports Escalates issues related to stock audit performance to the Audit and Asset Lead Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related business course Proven experience with SAP FI is required Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team or process management Highly process-driven with keen attention to detail Do you have what it takes to succeed in a fast‑paced and intense environment?
