Position: Inventory & Fulfillment Associate
Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Schedule: Fulltime
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock across all channels
- Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify fast- and slow-moving items
- Coordinate order fulfillment — picking, packing, and shipping
- Track shipments and resolve fulfillment or stock discrepancies
- Generate inventory and sales performance reports
- Assist in demand forecasting and restocking decisions
- Collaborate with suppliers and warehouse teams to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, or fulfillment preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Excel or inventory software
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
