Position: Inventory & Fulfillment Associate

Location: Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City

Schedule: Fulltime

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock across all channels
  • Conduct regular inventory analysis to identify fast- and slow-moving items
  • Coordinate order fulfillment — picking, packing, and shipping
  • Track shipments and resolve fulfillment or stock discrepancies
  • Generate inventory and sales performance reports
  • Assist in demand forecasting and restocking decisions
  • Collaborate with suppliers and warehouse teams to optimize operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience in inventory management, logistics, or fulfillment preferred
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Excel or inventory software
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
