Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and promptly resolve issues or discrepancies between system inventory and on‑hand stock accurately Provide weekly and monthly inventory balances per system location Lead the put‑away process of all received stocks Lead daily cycle counts of stocks per assigned bin and process requests for necessary adjustments Recommend process improvements in warehouse operations based on cycle count results Supervise bin‑to‑bin and SLOC‑to‑SLOC transfers, both in SAP and actual stock movements Prepare accurate inventory worksheets and reports, ensuring all reconciling items are considered; coordinate with Audit and Finance for proper variance recording Prepare, implement, and provide recommendations and strategies to enhance inventory control measures within the organization Monitor compliance with monthly closing requirements Ensure safekeeping of stocks Participate in the annual count conducted by the Audit Team Assist in other Digital Commerce Warehouse deliverables as needed Other Duties Assist in staff training, development, and engagement Brief staff daily or weekly on operational targets and achievements Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and workstations organized; ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at all times Ensure the use of proper safety equipment Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and guidelines for self and staff at all times Conduct internal health and safety audits as requested Investigate any accidents or near‑miss incidents Key Management Responsibilities Planning: Forecast needs, prepare actual plans and budgets, arrange schedules, and develop policies and simplified procedures Organizing: Maintain coordination across all levels through sound structure and regular interaction among employees Leading: Develop high‑performing employees aligned with company vision and core values through rational decision‑making, training, coaching, open communication, and employee recognition Managing: Set performance goals and standards to measure actual performance and determine performance plans Handle other ad hoc projects as assigned Job Details Seniority level: Associate Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Supply Chain Industries: Human Resources Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
