Overview Join to apply for the People Operations Coordinator role at TaskUs. This role focuses on supporting the HR function and ensuring smooth execution of people operations processes. This is a remote, fixed-term contract position. Responsibilities Work with the People team to deliver an empathic, customer service-focused experience for all employees. Provide support to employee questions and inquiries, delivering high-level customer service and contributing to innovative People Operations processes. Assist with the full employee lifecycle including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, change requests, and maintaining personnel records. Support a global team (Australia, US, UK, India) by delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions in Australia. Coordinate HR-related documentation (employment contracts, offer letters, change letters) and HR-related correspondence in Rippling; manage performance reviews in Lattice. Manage employee data in Rippling with attention to data accuracy and integrity; support processes such as referral payments and sign-on bonuses. Ensure QA for data entry tasks and develop automation of HR processes in Rippling to reduce manual work. Oversee the People Confluence space and HR Google Drive; keep the People Ops playbook up to date. Administer Lattice including surveys and review cycles; report on people initiatives as required. Triages Zendesk tickets with a 24-hour response time; serve as a point of contact for People policies, procedures, and benefits. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is desired. 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or similar roles. Knowledge of Australian employment laws and regulations. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in Google Suite and HRIS software; experience with Rippling or similar HRIS platforms is preferred. Note: This role will be remote and on a fixed-term contract.
