About The Role The People Operations Specialist will support the full employee lifecycle, focusing on Talent Acquisition coordination and administrative excellence within People Operations and Talent Enablement. The role ensures smooth processes, delivering a high‑quality experience for candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Responsibilities Recruiting Coordination Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and logistics across multiple functions and time zones. Support offer and onboarding processes, including documentation, background checks, and system setup. Maintain data accuracy within the ATS (Greenhouse) and HR systems. People Operations Support Manage and triage incoming people‑related requests and tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs. Partner with HR, TA, and Payroll to route inquiries, elevate issues, and maintain visibility across workstreams. Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to improve team efficiency and self‑service capabilities. Support HR reporting, data audits, and process tracking to ensure operational integrity. Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in People Operations, Talent Acquisition coordination, or HR administration (preferably in a global or shared‑services environment). Experience supporting recruitment processes, including interview scheduling, offer coordination, and ATS management. Familiarity with HRIS or ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, BambooHR, etc.). Experience utilizing a ticketing and escalation system (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.). Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail). Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with or supporting US‑based or multinational organizations is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications A proactive and organized professional who enjoys structure, coordination, and continuous improvement. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communicator who can partner across HR, recruiting, and business teams in different time zones. A problem solver with a service‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
