Role Responsibilities- Negotiates, closes, and manages strategic and tactical business partnerships. Responsible for owning the revenue of assigned clients/accounts and managing annual target settings, budgeting, and forecasting as well as identifying and developing partnership opportunities, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Directly accountable for the achievement of transactional goals and driving country revenue goals.
- Ensure the launch of new products and maintain and expand ecosystem partnerships and deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Strong analytical skills and data driven — builds, reviews and analyses performance data and competitive data. Introduces new products and pricing proposals. Translates strategic directions into tactical initiatives, metrics, and deliverables to grow current and future business.
- Provides strategy support such as strategy formulation, business modelling, business casing, and comparative & competitive analysis.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to support business strategies and decisions. Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing omnichannel sales, marketing and pricing strategies.
- Exceed business performance targets and be responsible for managing the budget, business development, service delivery, marketing, and external stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (finance, strategy, operations, marketing and business leadership) to inform strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain relationships (including C-suite level) with key stakeholders, including regulators, partners, and customers.
- Exhibit strong program and project management skills.
- At least 7–10 years of sales and business development experience in Remittance, Digital Payments, Banking or Fintech industries. Experience in direct-to-consumer payments across retail and digital channels is highly desirable.
- Detailed understanding of the Philippines market, consumer trends, and remittance business overall.
- Strong leadership with influencing and negotiation skills and experience with revenue management.
- High energy and willingness to take action to drive the business and results.
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, ability to influence decisions, negotiation skills, and understanding of the digital business.
