Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals for the Store Technician position to join our team. As an In-House Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services for a wide range of technology products and systems. This role will primarily involve working within our facilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues, as well as assisting with product testing, quality assurance, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts. Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues across a variety of devices and platforms.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a methodical approach to diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical users.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different departments to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Organization and Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and procedures as required.
Qualifications
  • Preferably with a background in the field of Information Technology, knowledge of CCTV is an advantage.
  • Has the ability to work as part of the team and take initiative, independent of direct supervision.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to multitask while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
  • Can work under pressure. Good communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to work well with people in various departments are essential.
