Job Description: The Inside Sales and Marketing Assistants (ISMA) are members of our ISM team, assisting the Inside Sales Managers in compiling documentation, generating client quotations, entry/update of quotes and other information into CRM, updating information in Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), conducting market research, and performing other tasks as needed. Responsibilities Complies with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times. Generates quotes that are accurate and branded according to SGS standards. Assists in the compilation of documentation required for RFPs, such as certifications and resumes. Follows up on older existing quotes as required by Affiliate managers. Performs data entry of quotations and RFPs into appropriate systems, such as LIMS and CRM. Updates changes to customer information in appropriate systems as directed. Conducts market or customer research, including internet searches, lead generation, and competitor website reviews. Communicates with ISMs and other internal staff as required. Develops skills and knowledge to progress in career and provides timely responses to inquiries. Promotes a positive attitude and a safe working environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in fields specified by the hiring Affiliate, or an Associate's degree with three years of experience related to ISM. Chemistry or Environmental Science related fields, with laboratory experience. Ability to read, interpret, and present information effectively. Intermediate personal computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and job task applications. Substantial movements of the wrist, hands, and/or fingers in a repetitive manner, with close and distance vision and color vision. Travel is negligible, with BPO experience and laboratory/testing expertise or technical processing experience preferred. Additional Information Required Skills: meeting commitments, writing and speaking effectively in English, demonstrating responsiveness and adaptability, and using computers and technology efficiently. Ability to identify and resolve problems, understand and apply new knowledge, and demonstrate integrity and respect toward others and company principles.
